The Part Everyone Else Hides
What Can Change The Price
Four things can move the number, and here they all are. Weight over the included tonnage, keeping the can past your pickup date, a driver who arrives and cannot drop, and anything on the prohibited list turning up in the load. Nothing else gets added.
| What Happens | What It Costs | How To Avoid It |
|---|---|---|
| Your load goes over the included tonnage |
$150 per ton Itemized on your invoice. |
The tonnage in your price is on the size table above. Heavy material is the usual culprit, so talk to us about concrete before you load it. |
| You keep the dumpster past your scheduled pickup |
Call Priced case by case. Call before your pickup date. |
Book the window you actually need. 2 to 3 Days, 4 to 7 Days and 30 Days are cheaper up front than extending after the fact. |
| The driver arrives and cannot place the can | $150 | Blocked driveways, locked gates and cars in the way are the three that get people. Tell us where it is going when you book. |
| A prohibited item turns up in the load |
$300 per item. Hazardous waste is $1,000. |
Read the list below. If you are unsure about something, call and describe it. We would rather answer the question. |
Appliances are the one people get wrong. We take them, at $35 each, but you have to tell us before you load them. An appliance we do not know about is charged $300. Payment is cash, company check, credit or debit, and the full terms are on our terms and conditions page.

The One Nobody Else Says Yes To
We Take Concrete
Chelan County’s transfer stations refuse it. That is why most haulers around here tell you no, and why the ones who say yes are vague about what it costs. Concrete has to travel to an inert landfill, and the haul is the price.
Call before you load any of it. That call matters. There is usually more than one way to handle a heavy load, and the cheapest one is not always the one you called about.
Per Ton
In a dedicated 13 yard concrete can with 5 tons included at $500 for 24 Hours. Rock, dirt and gravel go in the same can.

Other Things We Do
Load And Go Junk Removal
You do not always want a can sitting in the driveway for three days. Sometimes you want the pile gone this afternoon. We do that too. Call for a quote, because the price depends entirely on what is in the pile.
Get A QuoteMaterial Hauling
Gravel, rock, bark and landscaping material, delivered. The same truck that takes a load away can bring one in. Quote only, because it depends on the material and the distance.

Common Questions
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Wenatchee?
For most jobs, no. City rules cover containers in the public right of way, so a can set on a driveway, a yard or a jobsite is the ordinary case, and that is what nearly all of our deliveries are.
If the only workable spot is out in the street, that is the one to raise first. Tell us where you want it and we will work out placement before anything gets scheduled.
Can you put concrete in a dumpster?
Yes. We run a dedicated 13 yard concrete can and concrete is $150 per ton. Call before you load any, because there is usually more than one way to handle it and one of them is cheaper.
Chelan County’s transfer stations will not take concrete, so it has to go to an inert landfill. That longer haul is the reason it is priced by weight rather than by the can.
What can I not put in a dumpster?
Hazardous waste, paint and varnish, oil, and medical waste, all of which carry a discovery fee if they turn up in the load. Also asbestos, tires, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, propane and gas containers, and TVs and monitors.
Appliances are the exception people miss. We do take them, at $35 each, but only if you tell us before you load them. Some of the rest can still be handled another way, so call before you load.
How long can I keep a dumpster rental?
Four windows. 24 Hours, 2 to 3 Days, 4 to 7 Days, or 30 Days. You pick the one you need when you book and the price is set before delivery.
Booking the longer window up front is cheaper than extending after the fact, so it is worth being honest with yourself about the timeline. If you need it past 30 Days, call and we will sort it out.
