About Rolling Rentals
We are a small local hauler that started because somebody needed a dumpster and could not get one. That is still the whole idea.

Fair, On Time, Every Job
Reliable, fair, timely dumpster service. That is the whole mission. We price the job before the truck leaves, we show up when we said we would, and we take the loads other haulers turn down.
Every customer gets the same treatment. A homeowner with one bathroom remodel matters as much as a contractor running a six month job. Nobody gets bumped because somebody bigger called.
How This Started
Our Story
A friend was in the middle of a remodel and could not get rid of the debris. He called the national companies. Most of them never called back. When one finally did, they were not local, they did not know the area, and they quoted him a delivery two months out.
Two months. For a pile of debris sitting in a driveway. He said what anyone would say, which is that somebody local ought to be doing this.
It started as half a joke. Then it became a trailer, then a truck, then a business. Rolling Rentals opened in April 2022 and we have been answering the phone ever since.
That wait is why same or next day delivery is usually available. It is the reason the company exists.
Call The Number. A Hauler Answers.
The number on this page reaches the person who runs the truck. Tell us the job and you will get a straight answer about what it takes.
Tell us what you are throwing out and we will tell you which can fits it. If a smaller one does the job, we will say so.
Concrete is the clearest example. The county transfer stations will not take it, so it has to go further and it costs more. Call before you load any of it. There is usually more than one way to handle a heavy load, and the cheapest one is not always the one you called about.

What We Are Actually Good At
Our Expertise
-
Concrete And Heavy Debris
Most haulers say no to concrete. We run a dedicated 13 yard can for it at $150 per ton. Call before you load any. There is usually more than one way to handle a heavy load and one of them is cheaper.
-
Knowing Where It Goes
Every facility has a refusal list. Knowing which one takes what is the half of this job that decides what a load costs you. We haul to the right site for what is in the can.
-
Tight Spots And Real Timelines
Gravel drives, side yards, working job sites. We place the can where the work is, and you pick the rental window you need.
There Are Two. That Is On Purpose.
Core Values
Transparency
You know the number before the truck leaves. The tonnage included is printed on every size. Go over it and you pay what the landfill charges us, itemized on the invoice. Nothing marked up, nothing buried in a footnote.
Reliability
You do what you say when you say you are going to do it. We did not write a nicer definition. A dumpster that shows up a day late is a crew standing around and a weekend wasted.
No Trophies. Just Receipts.

Founded April 2022 and running in the valley every week since.
The Part Nobody Asks About
Where It Actually Goes
Where does construction debris go in Chelan County?
The county runs transfer stations that take household and construction debris. Each site has its own refusal list. We haul to the facility that will actually take what is in your can, which is why we ask what is going into it. See what we accept.
Where do you take rock, dirt and concrete?
Not to a regular transfer station. The county stations refuse rock, dirt and concrete. Inert material goes to an inert landfill instead, like the one in Cashmere. That longer haul is why heavy debris is priced by the ton.
