01 Who We Are
Rolling Rentals LLC rents roll-off containers in Chelan County, Washington. We are based in Malaga and we serve Wenatchee, Leavenworth and the valley around them. This site is rollingrentalswa.com.
This page explains what we collect when you contact us or book a container, what we do with it, and who else touches it. It is written to be read, so it is in plain English.
02 What You Give Us
When you fill in the contact form
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The ZIP code where the container goes
- The size you want, if you picked one
- Whatever you tell us about the project
When you call or text us
Our number, (509) 888-7966, receives text messages. We invite you to text a photo of where you want the container, because it saves a wasted delivery. If you do, we keep the message and the photo so we can answer you and plan the drop.
When you book a container
Booking runs through iCANS, our booking and payment platform. It collects your delivery address, the dates, and your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. That sits with the payment processor, and that is where it should sit.
03 What The Website Collects On Its Own
Like almost every website, ours records some technical information automatically: your IP address, your browser and device type, which pages you looked at, how long you stayed, and the site that sent you here.
We use this to see which pages help people and which ones waste their time. It is not used to work out who you are personally.
04 What We Do With It
- Answer you. Call, text or email you back about the container you asked about.
- Run the rental. Schedule the delivery, place the container, collect it, and invoice you.
- Quote you correctly. What you tell us about the project decides the size, the weight and the price.
- Keep the books. Invoices, tax records, and anything the law says we have to hold on to.
- Improve the site. Fix what confuses people.
When you send us your number, you are agreeing that we can reach you on it by phone, text or email about your rental. That is the point of giving it to us. Message and data rates may apply, and you can tell us to stop at any time by replying to a text or calling us.
05 We Do Not Sell Your Information
We have never sold customer data and we are not going to. There is no list, no broker, no data partner. We are a dumpster company.
Your information is shared in exactly three situations:
- The companies that run our systems. Named below. They handle it for us and they cannot use it for their own purposes.
- When the law requires it. A court order, a subpoena, or a legal obligation we cannot refuse.
- If the business is ever sold. Customer records would transfer with it, and you would be told.

07 Cookies
Cookies are small files a site leaves on your device. Ours do two jobs: keep the site working as you move around it, and count visits so we can see which pages earn their place.
You can switch cookies off in your browser settings. The site will still work. Some things may be slower or less convenient, and that is your call to make, not ours.
08 How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that never became a rental: we keep them while there is a realistic chance you still want a container, then we let them go.
Actual rentals: we keep the record as long as the law requires for tax and business purposes. That is measured in years, and it is not our choice.
09 Keeping It Safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Payments are handled by a processor built for it, so card numbers never sit on our systems. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do the job.
Nobody can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we take it seriously and that we do not hold anything we do not need.
10 What You Can Ask Us To Do
You can ask for any of this, whatever state you live in. Some states give their residents these rights by statute. We would rather give everyone the same answer than check your ZIP code first.
- See it. Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
- Fix it. If something is wrong, we will correct it.
- Delete it. We will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
- Stop the marketing. Tell us and we stop. This is separate from the calls and texts about a rental you actually booked.

11 Children
This site is for adults renting dumpsters. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.
12 Changes To This Policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so plainly rather than bury it.
