Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026. These terms apply to every rental placed with Rolling Rentals LLC.

01 Agreement To These Terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Rolling Rentals LLC, a Washington limited liability company operating out of Malaga, Washington (USDOT 8673670). When you book a container, place an order by phone, or use this website, you agree to what is written here.

If you are booking on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that company. Read them before you book, because they include what you can put in the container, what happens if it goes over weight, and what you are responsible for while it sits on your property.

02 What We Do

We rent dumpsters and we haul what you put in them. We serve Chelan County and Douglas County, Washington, residential and commercial. That includes Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Leavenworth, Cashmere, Entiat, Orondo and Waterville. We also take bookings by phone for Grant, Kittitas and Okanogan counties, which sit outside our standard service area.

We run four containers:

  • 14 yard. 14 ft L x 6.5 ft W x 4 ft H. 1 ton included.
  • 20 yard. 16 ft L x 7.5 ft W x 4.5 ft H. 2 tons included.
  • 30 yard. 18 ft L x 7.5 ft W x 6 ft H. 3 tons included.
  • 13 yard concrete container. 5 tons included. Built for heavy material.

We also haul gravel, rock and bark, and we offer load-and-go junk removal. Both are quoted per job. Call for a price.

03 Rental Periods

You pick your window when you book, and the price is set before we deliver. Four windows are available on the 14, 20 and 30 yard:

  • 24 Hours at the base price.
  • 2 to 3 Days.
  • 4 to 7 Days.
  • 30 Days.

The 13 yard concrete container is booked for 24 Hours. Call us for a longer window on that one and we will price it with you.

The minimum rental is one day. Delivery and pickup are included in every price. They are not billed separately.

Call us before your scheduled pickup if you need the container longer. We will price the extension and move the pickup date. What we will not do is let it run past the date quietly and bill you for it afterwards.

04 Placement, Access And Permits

Where the container sits is your call, and your responsibility

You choose the spot. You are telling us that the spot is on property you control or have permission to use, that the ground can carry a loaded container, and that the truck has clear access to reach it. Our driver needs a straight run in and room to tilt the trailer.

Driveway protection

We protect the driveway where the container sits. That said, a loaded container is heavy, and heavy things can mark a surface. We do not guarantee that a driveway, lawn, sidewalk or private road will be unmarked when the container leaves. If a surface concerns you, tell us before delivery and we will talk through the placement.

Permits

If the container goes in a public street or parking space, any permit is yours to obtain. Cities in our service area set their own rules for containers in the right of way, and those rules are between you and the city. Containers set on private property are the ordinary case, and that is what nearly all of our deliveries are. Call us and we will talk through where the container can actually go.

Overhead and underground

Tell us about low power lines, low branches, septic tanks, drain fields, sprinklers and irrigation before delivery. We cannot see what is under your ground, and we place the container where you direct us to.

05 Loading, Weight And What Goes In

Load it level

Nothing above the rail. Debris must sit level with the sides of the container. Anything higher cannot legally be hauled on the road, so our driver cannot take it, and that turns into a return trip you did not want to pay for. Spread the weight evenly across the floor rather than piling it at one end.

Weight and overage

Each container includes the tonnage listed in section 2. If your load comes in over that, the extra weight is charged at $150 per ton. Itemized on your invoice. The scale ticket decides it, and the charge appears as its own line rather than folded into a total.

Concrete, rock, dirt and gravel: accepted, with one condition

Call before you load any concrete

We take concrete. It goes in the dedicated 13 yard container and it is billed at $150 per ton.

Call us before you load it. That call matters. Chelan County’s transfer stations will not accept concrete, rock or dirt, so inert material has to travel to an inert landfill, and the haul is what you are paying for. There is usually more than one way to handle a heavy load, and the cheapest one is often different from the one you called about.

Concrete loaded into a container without telling us first may be refused, or rebilled at the correct rate for the material.

That per ton figure is for the concrete itself. It is a separate charge from the weight overage above, which applies to any container that comes in heavier than the tonnage included with its size.

Appliances: accepted, and you must tell us

Disclose appliances before they go in

Appliances are accepted at $35 each. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, air conditioners and the like.

They must be disclosed before loading. An appliance found in a container that was never declared is charged $300. Tell us it is going in and you pay the $35. That is the whole difference.

What we do take

  • Household junk, furniture and general cleanout debris
  • Construction and demolition debris
  • Roofing material
  • Carpet and flooring
  • Concrete, rock, dirt and gravel, per the condition above
  • Appliances, per the condition above

What never goes in a container

These are prohibited. Some carry a discovery fee, which is charged if the material is found in your load:

  • Hazardous waste $1,000
  • Paint and varnish $300
  • Oil $300
  • Medical waste $300
  • Asbestos, chemicals, fuels, pesticides, acids, cleaners and degreasers
  • Radioactive material and explosives
  • Septic waste, raw sewage and infectious waste
  • Animal carcasses
  • Tires, vehicle batteries, fluorescent tubes and gas containers
  • Televisions and computer monitors

If you are not sure, call before you load it. Some of this can still be handled another way. That is a two minute phone call and it is free.

The container is yours while it is on your property

From delivery to pickup, what goes in the container is your responsibility. That includes anything a neighbour or a passerby drops in it. If you are worried about that, cover it or place it where it is not an invitation.

06 If We Cannot Deliver Or Collect

A dry run is a wasted trip. The driver arrives and cannot place or collect the container: the spot is blocked by a vehicle, a gate is locked, the ground will not carry the truck, or debris is stacked above the rail so the load cannot legally be hauled.

A dry run is charged at $150.

You can stop this from ever happening

Text a photo of the spot to (509) 888-7966 before delivery day. Thirty seconds now saves a wasted trip and a charge neither of us wants. If we can see a problem, we will tell you before the truck rolls.

07 Pricing And Payment

The price you are quoted covers the container, the delivery, the pickup and the disposal of the tonnage included with your size. Weight over that allowance, extra days, appliances and concrete are billed on top, at the rates in these terms.

We accept cash, company check, credit or debit. The base rental is due at delivery. Anything that can only be known after we weigh the load, such as overage, is invoiced separately and is due within 14 days.

Prices on this website can change. The price that governs your rental is the one quoted and agreed when you book it.

08 Changes And Cancellations

Call (509) 888-7966 as soon as your plans change. Rescheduling costs nothing if you reach us before the container is dispatched, and we would far rather move a delivery than run one you are not ready for.

Once the driver is loaded and on the way, the trip has been spent. Cancelling at that point is charged at the same rate as a dry run, $150.

09 Responsibility And Indemnity

You agree to cover Rolling Rentals LLC against claims, damages and costs that arise from your use of the container. That includes what you put in it, where you told us to put it, injuries to people who go near it while it is on your property, and any fine or clean-up cost caused by prohibited material in your load.

We are responsible for our own negligence, and for our driver’s conduct on your property. Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under Washington law that cannot be waived by agreement.

10 Limitation Of Liability

To the extent Washington law allows it, our total liability for any claim connected to a rental is limited to what you paid us for that rental.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. In plain terms: if a delivery runs late, we are responsible for the rental, and we are not responsible for your crew standing around, your job running long, or the money you expected to make that day.

11 Things Outside Anyone’s Control

We will not be held liable for delays caused by things we cannot control. In this valley that mostly means weather. Snow, ice, wildfire, road and pass closures, a landfill or transfer station closing its gates, mechanical failure, or an act of government. If one of those hits, we will call you and reschedule.

12 Using This Website

The content on this site, including the text, photographs and the Rolling Rentals name and logo, belongs to Rolling Rentals LLC. You may read it, print it and share it. You may not copy it onto another site, scrape it, or use it to sell a competing service.

Where this site links out to another one, such as the county, the city, or our booking system, we are not responsible for what happens on the other side of that link.

13 Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Chelan County, Washington, and both of us agree to that venue.

Before anyone files anything, call us. Almost every dispute in this business is a misunderstanding about weight or about where the container was supposed to go, and almost all of them are settled in one phone call.

14 The Rest

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something once, that does not mean we have given it up. We can update these terms, and the version that governs your rental is the one published on the day you booked it.
